Today we celebrated Hilarious Day, our non-commercialized alternative to V day that Tony and I created years ago while we were living in Florida, working for Outward Bound. The symbol for the day is a smiley face and they day is all about spending it together with lots of laughs. Akilah definitely helps with the lotsa laughs part! Akilah and I tried to make a hand print casting to paint of Akilah's hand for Tony, but it was incredibly unsuccessful. Oh well, we will try again some other time. It snowed (again) this weekend and today we went for a fun walk in the snow.
