More Garden

Today Akilah and I made kale, basil, arugula pesto. I'd love to say I followed a specific recipe, but I didn't measure a damn thing.

The arugula didn't photo well at all. It looked rathy wilty and dead. Still tasty and perfect for the food processor though!

We also added olive oil, walnuts, salt, and garlic. SO YUMMY!

I usually make it a little concentrated so that we need to add more oil when it comes time to use it.

Very excited to use this silicone mini muffin pan for the first time!!

They pop out of here SO much easier than an ice cube tray. Brilliant.
