Annabelle

We have recently discovered that Annabelle, our 7 and a half year old boxer, has Degenerative Myelopathy and is essentially losing hind leg functioning. The disease appears to be progressing rather rapidly and there is no cure. We are cherishing what little time we have remaining. Here are some photos of her that I took the other day.

She has an appointment to have the growth on her right front paw removed; it is benign but is getting larger.

Thankfully she is not in pain at all. She is unaware that she is losing control and drags her back paws to the point where we cannot really take her on a walk. :(
