Our 6th/9th anniversary is just over one month away. I am seeking suggestions for a localish, relaxing, quiet, overnight anniversary location destination.
Factors to consider:
1. This might be our only getaway for a really long time. In fact, it will actually be our first getaway together. Alone. Without children. Ever... Therefore, it will be the only one for oh, another almost 5 years? One in 10 years sounds pretty great.
2. Aside from going out to dinner, we have never really celebrated in any other way.
3. Funds are limited.
4. Camping right now sounds like not my idea of a good time. Hmmmm... or is it perhaps what I really need? But only if the weather is going to be fall like and not what we have going on now.
