6 weeks

Today Kaia is 6 weeks old! I don't recall how long Akilah was at this age, but Kaia seems extra extra tall.

SOOOO strong!!!

Last week was the college's spring break. This past week I had to return to work, as my maternity leave (1 week prior to Kaia's birth and 4 weeks afterward) was over... (This country does not have it's priorities straight. At. All.)

Thankfully Kaia goes with me (I would really have it no other way), I love my job, and I am only there 3 half days a week. She hangs out on me in the ring sling (Maya Wrap) or Moby Wrap and we have a grand time. Although on Monday evenings Tony and Akilah join us because the class I have is longer and wearing an infant while potentially climbing a wall is not ideal.
