Redwood

This apparently is the week for doggie vet visits. Yesterday Redwood was put under to have his teeth dealt with. For a dog that tries to eat all the vets (even while wearing a muzzle), this is a big deal. We think that perhaps his horrible teeth and gums are the source of all the pain and bizarre behavior. The vet pulled out three teeth and cleaned the rest. Tony said he didn't even recognize Red's mouth after it was all done. We have the teeth that were extracted and I plan to take photos. The big canine tooth is incredibly disgusting and had a hole in it that went all the way to the root. Poor buddy!

Tony had to stay to help out so he took these photos with the iPod.

We won't really know if his mouth was the source of it all until he fully heals. Right now he is on a tremendous amount of pain medication. We love you Red!
