Akilah has super fine, always seems tangled hair. That combined with the fact that I could win an award for the Mama with the worst hair-doing skills, makes for some interesting looks. We are trying to grow out Akilah's hair and bangs. Here is one of those rare moments where it is looking lovely. (I say this because she doesn't like to keep things in her hair for very long...)
