| The BEST cuke and tomato salad. We went somewhere fancy across the street from the hostel. Armenians typically don't eat here because it is too expensive. I think the meal for both of us was around 25 bucks. |

I look forward to returning with students next year, learning more of the language, and diving deeper in the cultural history of the country.
